    The project also aims to upgrade the level of the quality of the service provided besides developing the beneficiaries' support  mechanism, facilitating the transferrence of the financial provision into the beneficiary's personal bank account in a move to curb and restrict the troubles related to the current cards, in addition to facilitating the procedures of communicating with the ministry and its clients through accessible  new advanced channels and technologies and to ensure that the ministry's subsidy reaches the vast majority of those who are in adire need for this support and subsidy.
